We reserve the right to change the accepted methods of payment and the countries we ship to any time, without further notice, on our website.

Google Checkout and PayPal offer a secure (encrypted) payment route and promise that your payment information (credit card number, etc) is not accessible to unauthorized eyes, that includes us. They offer the convenience of one-time-registration, meaning, once you register with either one of the two, you will be able to use that account with many on-line vendors, without having to re-register. Classic Treasures will, at no point, see your confidential payment information such as CC number, Date of Birth (DOB), etc., only the name and address where the item needs to be shipped, as well as verification of payment status. We do not knowingly share, nor sell any of the buyer information you enter during checkout.

We do accept PayPal, but prefer Google Checkout for credit card payments. We do not accept checks of any kind due to the recent upsurge in fraudulent checks. We accept only one type of money Order at this time, USPS Postal Money Order (which is purchased at the counter of a USPS post office). You will be given the address to send the M/O to, when you contact us with the item title. If paying with a M/O please make sure you do not use the checkout through Google, just e-mail us at treasures.classic@gmail.com.

Any orders unpaid after 7 calendar days will be canceled, with results null and void, and the item will be re-listed. If you run into any unexpected difficulties, and contact us, we may make an exception to this rule on a case-to-case basis.

Do you ship to a different address than the payee's?

If your payment is made with a USPS postal money order, we will ship to any address you designate. If your payment is made with PayPal or Google Checkout with a credit card, we will ship to the address appearing on that credit card information as captured by PayPal or Google during your payment. This is to protect people (as well as our business) from credit card fraud.

Do you insure the packages?

Shipping and handling charges are the buyer's responsibility, along with insuring the package. We will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by third parties during transit. If you purchased insurance it is not us, but the USPS which is going to return your money, in case the item arrived damaged or went lost. If you lost a package or received the item damaged, please keep all parts of the shipment as you may be asked to present it at your local P.Office. We will then file the paperwork, and somebody contacts you at your local Post Office to inspect the item. That said, we have never yet lost a package, neither did we need an insurance claim for damage, since we package our items professionally. However, in your best interest please insure your valuable purchase.

How about customs for buyers from another country, not the USA?

Policies regarding import taxes and customs are regulated by each country differently. It is the buyer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the relevant rules and to pay these expenses. We will not mark our package GIFT nor will we misrepresent its value on a federal document (e.g., USPS forms).

Return Policy

We have a limited exclusive 7 calendar days 100% customer satisfaction guarantee (except for shoes and lingerie, which we are not able to take back in order to maintain hygiene)! Loss or damages that result from transfer (with USPS) which are covered by your insurance if you purchased insurance are excluded from this guarantee. In case you have to send back something, please make sure to wait of a return code which you'll receive from us via email within 3 business after your request for return reached us. Please insure the package for damage or loss. We do not refund postage, handling and insurance costs. Returns are available for items sipped back within 7 days after you received the return code. We will give refund or give credit which ever our customers prefer.

Can you ship my order overnight?

Yes, we will be glad to ship your order via Overnight Express (within the continental USA). We can not grant wishes to ship without signature required from the recipient on items above $99.- value. Please make sure that someone is there when the package is delivered. No exception can be made to this rule, sorry.
