Payment of Order

Payment must be made within 7 calendar days, otherwise the order is null and void. Buyers from the USA, please pay with either PayPal or Google Checkout. No checks of nay kind are accepted. Buyers from Australia, Great Britain, New Zeeland, Canada, Mexico and many other countries (see list on the page entitled Google Checkout at the top horizontal menu bar) can pay with Google Checkout (our preference). We do accept one type of money order, as well: those purchased at the counter of a USPS Post Office. You will be given the address to send the M/O to, when you contact us with the item title you wish to purchase. If paying with a M/O please make sue you do not use the checkout through Google, just e-mail us at treasures.classic@ gmail.com. If you pay by M.O please make sure your M/O arrives within 7 days after your purchase, otherwise the sale will be canceled and the item made available to other buyers. We reserve the right to change the accepted methods of payment and the countries we ship to any time, without further notice, on our website.

Shipping to a different address than payee's

If your payment is made with a USPS postal money order, we will ship to any address you designate. If your payment is made through PayPal or Google Checkout with a credit card, we will ship to the address appearing on that credit card information. This is to protect people (as well as our business) from credit card fraud.

We will be glad to ship your order via Overnight Express (available only within the continental USA). We can not grant wishes to ship without signature required from the recipient on items above $99.- value. Please make sure that someone is there when the package is delivered. No exception can be made to this rule, sorry.

Sales Tax

Classic Treasures charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate for the state of IL if the location from which the order was initiated is in IL.

Shipping & Delivery

We only ship to confirmed Google Checkout or PayPal addresses, to prevent credit card fraud. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Insurance is your responsibility, and can be added during checkout. Shipping is flat rate Priority Mail shipping (see our FAQ for shipping rates) which also includes delivery confirmation FREE of charge to you. We charge a one time non-refundable $2.00 handling fee per package. Orders above $200.- ship for free, except for the one time flat rate $2.00 handling fee. International (non-USA) buyers pay $10 more per package, flat rate, regardless the destination or weight of package. Please review a list of countries we ship to, below. Exceptions can not be made to our list of countries we ship, due to internal booking processes.

Return Policy

We have a limited exclusive 7 calendar days 100% customer satisfaction guarantee (except for shoes and lingerie, which we are not able to take back in order to maintain hygiene)! Loss or damages that result from transfer (with USPS) which are covered by your insurance if you purchased insurance are excluded from this guarantee. In case you have to send back something, please make sure to wait of a return code which you'll receive from us via email within 3 business after your request for return reached us. Please insure the package for damage or loss. We do not refund postage, handling and insurance costs. Returns are available within 7 days after you received the items. We will give refund or give credit which ever our customers prefer.
