We reserve the right to change the accepted methods of payment and the countries we ship to any time, without further notice, on our website. Google Checkout and PayPal offer a secure (encrypted) payment route and promise that your payment information (credit card number, etc) is not accessible to unauthorized eyes, that includes us. They offer the convenience of one-time-registration, meaning, once you register with either one of the two, you will be able to use that account with many on-line vendors, without having to re-register. Classic Treasures will, at no point, see your confidential payment information such as CC number, Date of Birth (DOB), etc., only the name and address where the item needs to be shipped, as well as verification of payment status. We do not knowingly share, nor sell any of the buyer information you enter during checkout.
We do accept PayPal, but prefer Google Checkout for credit card payments. We do not accept checks of any kind due to the recent upsurge in fraudulent checks, nor do we accept any type of money order at this time. Please make sure your payment arrives within 7 days after purchasing the item. If any questions, please e-mail us at treasures.classic@gmail.com Any orders unpaid after 7 calendar days will be canceled, with results null and void, and the item will be re-listed. If you run into any unexpected difficulties, and contact us, we may make an exception to this rule on a case-to-case basis.
Do you ship to a different address than the the address used to make payment?
Sorry, but we can only ship to the address appearing on the credit card information / registration information you used to pay for your order, as captured by PayPal or Google during your check-out. This is to protect people (as well as our business) from credit card fraud.
Do you insure packages?
Shipping and handling charges are your responsibility, along with insuring the package. We will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by third parties during transit, or after you receive the item. If you purchased insurance it is not us, but the USPS which is going to return your money, in case the item arrived damaged or went lost. If you lost a package or received the item damaged, please keep all parts of the shipment as you will be asked to present it at your local P.Office. We will then file the paperwork, and somebody contacts you at your local Post Office to inspect the item. That said, we have never yet lost a package, neither did we need an insurance claim for damage, since we package our items professionally. However, in your best interest please insure your valuable purchase, which you may do conveniently during checkout.
How about customs for buyers from outside the USA?
Policies regarding import taxes and customs are regulated by each country differently. It is the buyers' responsibility to familiarize themselves with the relevant rules and to pay these expenses. We will not mark our package GIFT, nor will we misrepresent its value on a federal document (e.g., USPS forms). Return Policy We have a limited exclusive 7 calendar days 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for jewelry only. This means you have to have notified us no later than within 7 days after the item delivery day, and receive a return code number for all returns; otherwise the item won't be accepted. You do not need to provide any reason to send back jewelry, but it has to be returned in its original condition with all parts present. The return code must be visibly marked on the outside of the package. For all other items not in the jewelry category, you are going to be able to return something only if we made a mistake in the description. Examples: the color or size was not described correctly; or wrong picture was inserted. Loss or damages that result from transfer (with USPS) which are covered by your insurance if you purchased insurance are excluded from this guarantee, so are shipping costs. Please insure the package for damage or loss - once the package is sent, it is beyond our means to ensure safe handling. We do not refund postage, handling and insurance costs. Returns are available for items shipped back within 3 days after you received the return code. Items shipped back without the return code will not be accepted for refund. We will give refund or give credit, whichever our customers prefer.

Can you ship my order overnight?
Yes, we will be glad to ship your order via Overnight Express (within the continental USA). We can not grant wishes to ship without signature required from the recipient. Please make sure that someone is there when the package is delivered; or you may need to pick up the package at your post office. No exception can be made to this rule, sorry.
